Behavior Technicians

Minimum Requirements

At least 18 years old.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Clear background check, completed within 180 days of hire.

BACB 40-hour RBT training completed.

RBT certification required (or within 90 days).

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

Bilingual (English-Spanish) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Collaborate with team members to deliver early ABA intervention.

Provide services in center, home, daycare, or school settings.

Deliver 1:1 sessions to children and families.

Share insights with the BCBA team for program updates.

Keep client session notes up to date.

Track treatment goals and child progress.
