Behavior Analyst

Minimum Requirements

Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.

Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB

Clear background check and adherence to the BACB Ethics Code.

32 CEUs every 2 years (incl. 4 ethics, 3 supervision).

Proven experience in ABA programs (autism preferred)

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance.

Strong leadership, communication, and data-analysis skills

Reliable transportation for multi-site service delivery.

Bilingual (English-Spanish) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead assessments and write evidence-based behavior intervention plans

Supervise BCaBAs & RBTs, ensuring treatment fidelity and ethical practice

Analyze data to guide clinical decisions and program revisions.

Conduct FBAs, skill assessments, and goal development

Train caregivers, teachers, and staff; present findings in meetings.

Provide direct ABA services when needed across home, school, and clinic settings.

Maintain accurate documentation and protect confidentiality under BACB standards.

Promote a culture of compassion, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
