If a child’s contact information is mistakenly submitted, please notify us immediately at support@americanbehavioralsolutions.com so we can remove or correct the record.

  • SMS: Reply STOP to any ABS text message. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Please note that certain communications—such as appointment reminders or compliance notices—may continue if required for ongoing treatment or employment obligations.

6. Message Frequency and Fees

  • Message frequency may vary but will not exceed five (5) messages per month.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
  • ABS is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier or internet provider.

  • CentralReach (clinical and scheduling communications)
  • Other vetted vendors that have signed a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with ABS

These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may use it only to deliver ABS communications.

We retain personal contact information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Records containing Protected Health Information (PHI) or employment details may be retained for compliance with HIPAA, state health regulations, or other legal obligations.
