Assistant Behavior Analyst
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field.
Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Clear background check; commitment to BACB Ethics Code.
Comfortable working under BCBA supervision.
At least 1 year of experience with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation; able to work across settings (home, school, clinic).
Bilingual (English-Spanish) is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Support BCBA in creating and monitoring behavior plans.
Supervise and guide Behavior Technicians.
Collect, graph, and analyze behavior data.
Conduct assessments under BCBA direction.
Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other professionals.
Provide direct ABA services as needed.
Keep detailed session notes and protect client confidentiality.
Follow BACB Ethics Code and maintain required CEUs.
